RYTUAL Studio's shipping policy is publicly available on rytualstudio.com and is communicated to every

customer at multiple stages of the purchase journey, including at checkout and in the automatic order

confirmation email.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours from our fulfillment partner. Once an order is shipped,

the customer receives an automatic confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to the

carrier's tracking platform.

2. Domestic Shipping (France)

For deliveries within France, two options are available:

• Pickup point delivery (Abholstation) at the location closest to the shipping address: maximum delivery

time 3 to 5 business days from the shipment date.

• Express home delivery directly to the shipping address: 1 to 2 business days from the shipment date.

3. International Shipping (including Germany)

For all international orders, including deliveries to Germany, the shipping time varies by destination but the

maximum delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the shipment date. The carrier (Yun Express)

hands off the parcel to the local postal service in the destination country (in Germany: Deutsche Post /

DHL) for final delivery.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, the customer receives a confirmation email containing the tracking

number. The customer can monitor the progress of the shipment at any time through the carrier's tracking

platform (17track.net) using the tracking number provided.

If the customer has not received the shipping confirmation email or any tracking update within 7 business

days following the order, RYTUAL Studio explicitly invites the customer to contact the customer service

team at contact@rytualstudio.com. To accelerate processing, customers are asked to include their

name and order number in the email subject line.
